Compared to pre-pandemic 2019 levels, GHG emissions per capita decreased by 9.7% (-0.99 MMTCO2e/person), while the inflation-adjusted GDP per capita was up by 10.4% in 2023. Compared to 1990, GHG emissions per capita were down by 36.6% (-5.35 MMTCO2e/person), while the inflation-adjusted GDP per capita was up by 101.2% in 2023.
